Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 cups of onions, chopped
- 1 cup of celery, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 400g of sausage, cubed
- 1can (400 g) of stewed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 450ml of vegetable broth
- 270 g of frozen shrimp, thawed
- 2 tablespoons of parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of green onions, chopped
