Ingredients

  • 500 g strong white bread flour (plus extra for dusting)
  • 5 g easy-blend dried yeast
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 2 ml powdered vegetable stock
  • 2 ml sugar
  • 300 ml warm water

  7. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until the grissini are golden brown in colour.
  8. Allow them to cool before serving.
