Ingredients:

  • 200g (7oz) shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon herbs (oreganothymeparsley)
  • 1 bell pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C
  2. Peel the shrimp by holding the head and pulling the legs off. “Butter me upbutter me down”
  3. Mince the garlic and finely chop the herbs.
  4. In a bowlmix together the olive oilgarlicherbs and paprika.
  5. Marinate the shrimp in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
  6. Cut the bell pepper in thick strips and add it to the bowl with the shrimp.
  7. Put a long skewer through shrimp and pepper strips.
  8. Place the shrimp skewers onto a greased baking tray.
  9. Grill for 10 minutes or until the shrimps are cooked through.
