Ingredients:
- 200g (7oz) shrimp
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon herbs (oreganothymeparsley)
- 1 bell pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C
- Peel the shrimp by holding the head and pulling the legs off. “Butter me upbutter me down”
- Mince the garlic and finely chop the herbs.
- In a bowlmix together the olive oilgarlicherbs and paprika.
- Marinate the shrimp in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
- Cut the bell pepper in thick strips and add it to the bowl with the shrimp.
- Put a long skewer through shrimp and pepper strips.
- Place the shrimp skewers onto a greased baking tray.
- Grill for 10 minutes or until the shrimps are cooked through.
