Ingredients

  • 225g ribeye steak
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat (around 250°C/400°F).
  2. In a small bowlcombine the garlic powderblack pepperonion powder and paprika.
  3. Brush each side of the ribeye steak with the olive oil and generously sprinkle the seasoning mixture on each side. Fun fact: Paprika is made from ground-up red peppers!
  4. Place the steak on the hot grilland cook for 5 minutes on each side.
