Ingredients

  • 500 g minced lamb
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 2 cm piece of fresh ginger grated
  • a medium onion grated
  • 100 g fresh parsley chopped
  • 6 baby tomatoes quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by prepping your ingredients. Using a garlic press or a knifefinely mince the garlic. Peel the ginger and use a small grater to grate it. Grate the onion into a bowland then finely chop the parsley. Quarter the baby tomatoes and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl combine the minced lambminced garlicgrated gingergrated onion and chopped parsley. Mix the ingredients together with your hands until they are evenly distributed.

  4. Take a small spoonful of the lamb mixture and form it into a small patty. Place the patty on a plate and repeat until you have used up all of the mixture. You should end up with 12 small patties.

  5. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick frypan over a medium-high heat.

  7. Working in batches of 4place the patties into the frypan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each sideor until golden-brown and cooked through.

  8. Transfer the cooked patties to a plate and repeat with the remaining patties. Don’t forget to add the quartered tomatoes to the frypan after the first batch of patties has cooked – they only need to cook for a minute or two.

  9. Once all the patties and tomatoes are cookedyou can assemble the kebabs. Simply alternate between a patty and 2-3 tomato quarters on each skewer.

  10. Serve the kebabs hot with your favorite side dish or in a wrap – bon appétit!
