Ingredients

  • 2 kg potatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 300 ml single cream
  • 50 ml full-fat milk
  • 2 tsp nutmeg
  • Black pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.

  7. Bake in the oven for around 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
