Ingredients
- 2 cups of soybean flour: A type of starch made from finely ground white soybeans.
- 1 cup of kuzu root starch: A starch made from the roots of a Japanese arrowroot plant.
- 2 cups of cold water
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
- Gather the ingredients. Measure out and prepare the soybean flour, kuzu root starch, cold water, and sesame seeds, if desired.
- Prepare the dofu base. In a medium bowl, mix together the soybean flour and kuzu root starch. Add in the cold water and stir together until well combined.
