Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Pinch of red chilli powder
  • 2 cups finely chopped and boiled cauliflower
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Salt
  • Water (as required for kneading the dough)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and vegetable oil. Add the cumin seeds, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix everything together until it forms a crumbly texture.

  2. Now add the salt and boiled cauliflower to the mixture and mix everything together until it forms a coarse texture.

  3. Slowly start adding water to the mixture and knead it until a soft dough forms.

  4. Cover the dough and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.

  6. Now take one ball and flatten it with your fingers or roll it with a rolling pin into a circle shape of about 5 inches in diameter.
