Ingredients

  • 800g lean pork strips
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ cup vegetable stock
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the pork strips and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
  3. Add the onions, garlic, and parsley and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the stock, lemon juice, and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water until it is a smooth paste.
  6. Gradually add the cornstarch paste to the pan, stirring continuously, until the liquid thickens.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
