Gelée de groseilles

Ingredients
- 500ml (2 cups) of cranberries
- 2 tablespoons of agar-agar
- 1000ml (4 cups) of water
Directions
- Add the cranberries and agar-agar to a medium saucepan and pour in the water.
- Stir everything together, and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
- Once the time is up, remove the saucepan from the heat and let the gelée cool.
- Once it has cooled, you can spread the gelée into ramekins or other containers.
- Place the containers in the refrigerator to cool for 45-60 minutes.
- Serve your cooled Gelée de groseilles to your little one, and be prepared to hear a lot of “yums”!
Recommended Sides
Gelée de groseilles is best served on its own, but it can also be served as a side to other dessert items, like a yogurt parfait or fruit Salad.
