Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 85g of softened butter
  • 85g of plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 125ml of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of grated cheese
  • A few shakes of freshly ground black pepper
  • A few shakes of freshly ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker to medium setting.
