Directions

  1. In a bowl, add eggs, butter, and milk and whisk until smooth.

  2. Sift in the flour and salt and whisk until the mixture is free of lumps.

  3. Heat a waffle iron over medium-high heat for a few minutes. When it is hot, pour the batter in and cook for about 4 minutes, flipping the waffle at the halfway mark.
