Ingredients
- 3 cups Uncooked Japanese White Rice
- 4 cups Cold Water
- Furikake

Start by preparing 3 cups of Uncooked Japanese White Rice. This is best done by first rinsing the rice several times to remove impurities from the grains. To rinse, place the rice in a strainer and rinse with cold water for about 3 minutes or more until the water runs clear.

Place the rinsed rice in a medium pot with 4 cups of cold water and let sit for 10 minutes.
