  • 250g plain flour
  • 125ml sunflower oil
  • Orange zest (amount to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 250g soft cream cheese
  • 10 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 10 fresh blueberries
  • 5 fresh kiwis, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Combine the flour and sunflower oil in a bowl and mix until it forms a crumb-like texture.
  3. Add the orange zest and honey and mix until a dough is formed.
  4. Flatten the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
