Ingredients
- 500g White Fish Fillets
- 170g Gluten Free Flour
- 1 Big Egg
- 2tbsp Olive Oil
- 1tbsp Chopped Parsley, to garnish
- 1l Sunflower Oil, for frying
Directions
- Start by preparing the fish fillets. Cut into 1cm cubes
- Wash and pat dry the fish cubes.
- Crack the egg in a separate bowl and mix lightly with a fork.
- Measure out the gluten free flour into another bowl.
- Dip the fish cubes into the egg mixture and then the gluten free flour. Make sure they are completely coated.
- In a large pan, heat the sunflower oil. When it is hot, drop the fish cubes, one by one. It is best to fry a few at a time, so they retain their crispiness.
- Fry the cubes until they are golden brown on both sides.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove the cubes and place on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
- Serve the fried fish cubes on a plate and garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of oil.
