Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of milk (30 millilitres)
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (30 millilitres)
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (5 millilitres)
  • 4 slices of white bread

Steps:

  1. Crack open 2 eggs and put into a bowl.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons (or 30 millilitres) of milk to the eggs and mix it in with a fork or whisk.
  3. In a small bowlmix together 2 tablespoons (or 30 millilitres) of vegetable oil with 1 teaspoon (or 5 millilitres) of ground cinnamon.

  5. Take the 4 slices of white bread and dip them one by one into the mixture of eggs and milk you prepared. Make sure that the slices are well coated.

  7. Preheat your frying pan to medium heat. Once the pan is heateduse the spoon or a spatula to place the slices of bread into the pan.
  8. Cook the slices for 2-3 minutes on each side or until a golden brown colour is visible.
