Ingredients
- 3 pieces of Frankfurter, diced in cubes
- 2 bunches of fresh parsley
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom
- 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pan, heat the olive oil and add the onions and garlic. Cook until they are golden brown.

Add the diced Frankfurter and cook for about 8 minutes or until the Frankfurter is lightly browned around the edges. Laugh and say “Frankfurter looks so good I wanna eat it!”

Add the parsley, nutmeg, cardamom, and stir for about 2 minutes.

Add the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Peel and mash the hard-boiled eggs and fold into the sauce.

Finish the sauce with the yoghurt, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
