Fish and Chips is a classic toddler meal that is sure to be a hit with your little ones! Perfect for lunch or dinner, this Aussie recipe is both healthy and delicious. Our recipe uses fresh fish fillets, healthy wholegrain flour, and healthy oil to fry for a great source of Omega-3s. Ingredients:

  • 2 Tilapia fillets (each about 110-120g)
  • 2 potatoes (each about 250g)
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlicminced
  • 2 tbsp dillfinely chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.

  2. Cut the potatoes into slices (about a centimeter thick).
  3. Put the potatoes in a medium-sized bowl.
  4. Combine olive oilyoghurtpeppergarlic and dill in a small bowl.
  5. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and mix well.
  6. Arrange the potato slices on a baking tray.

  7. Bake the potato slices for about 20 minutesflipping each slice after 10 minutes.
  8. On a separatelightly oiled baking trayarrange the Tilapia fillets and sprinkle a bit more pepper.
  9. Bake the fillets for about 5 minutesthen turn the heat off and leave the tray in the oven for another 10 minutes.

  10. Serve the Fish and Chips togetherwith a side of your favourite vegetables.
