Kids Fish Fillet

Ingredients

  • 2 skinless cod fillets (150g each)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.

  2. Place the cod fillets in an oven-safe dish.

  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the cod fillets.

  4. Sprinkle the garlic and rosemary over the cod.

  5. Add freshly ground black pepper (no salt required!).

  6. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.

  7. Get the fillets out…they’ll be swimmingly delicious!

Serving

Serve with fresh vegetables or potatoes.
