  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Spread the fish chunks across a large baking sheet and pour over the olive oil.

  3. make sure to evenly distribute everything then sprinkle over the chopped garlic.
