Ingredients:
- 500g spinach
- 4 eggs
- 125g feta cheese
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Thai basilparsley (or any other herbs you prefer)
Preparing the Ingredients
Spinach
- You’ll need to start by washing and draining the spinach. To do thisfill a large pot with cold water and add the spinach.
- Give it a good swirl and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Then simply drain the spinachtransfer it to a colanderand give it another good shake.
- Use paper towels to dry the spinachand it should be ready to use!

- Crumble the feta cheese with your hands and place in a bowl (make sure to remove any large pieces of cheese).
