Ingredients

  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts fillets
  • 2 bell peppers, seeds removed and sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 lime, cut in half
  • 8 8-inch flour tortillas

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut the chicken into thin strips about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Place the chicken strips in a medium bowl and season with cumin, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
