Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 500g green split peas
- 2 tablespoons organic vegetable broth
- 1200 ml water
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
