Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, olive oil, vegetable oil, nutritional yeast, mixed herbs, and salt and pepper.
  3. Gradually add the non-dairy milk to the flour mixture, stirring until all the ingredients are fully combined and form a dough.
  4. Roll out the dough into thin discs that are between 1/4 and 1/2 inch (6.4-12.7 mm) thick and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until the croquettes are golden brown.
  6. Let cool completely before serving.
