INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius.
  2. Wash the potatoes very well to ensure all dirt particles are off.

  9. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, turning them over halfway through cooking to ensure they cook evenly.
