  • 500g boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 liter chicken broth

  • 125ml milk
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

  1. In a large pot, add the chicken breast, onion, carrots, celery, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
