##Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 Carrots (150g)
  • 2 Celery Stalks (100g)
  • 1/2 Cup Egg Noodles (45g)
  • 2 Cups Low-Sodium Chicken Broth (470ml)
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil (30ml)
  • 150g of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Take a joke break: What did one carrot say to the other? Nothing, they’re both vegetables!
  3. Add the carrots and celery to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the chicken broth, noodles, chicken, and pepper and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat to lowcover the potand simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Taste your dish and make sure it has enough flavor without needing added salt or sugar. If needed, add a pinch of herbs like parsley or cilantro.
  7. Serve warm and fowling good!
