  • 4 bonelessskinless chicken breasts - 240g
  • 2 cloves of garlic - 2g
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil - 28g
  • 300ml of vegetable broth - 300ml
  • 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour - 15g
  • 25g of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley - 2g
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh oregano
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms - 100g
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice - 28g

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°C (176°F).

  2. Using a sharp knifecut the chicken breasts into cubesabout 3-4 cm in size.
