Ingredients
- 8 flour tortillas, 20 cm size
- 500g chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil, separated
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 400g can of corn kernels, drained
- 1 caesar salad dressing, store bought
- 200g of parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of red chilli flakes
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F.
- Cut the chicken into 1 cm cubes and place onto a greased baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Brush the chicken cubes with the mixture and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the chicken is in the oven, place the tortillas onto a clean baking sheet.
- In another small bowl, mix together the rest of the olive oil, the corn kernels, and the caesar salad dressing.
- Spread the mix onto the tortillas, leaving the edges free of any mix.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and red chili flakes onto the mix.
- Bake the tortillas in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
- Carefully remove the tortillas from the oven and place onto a plate and let cool for a few minutes.
- Place the cooked chicken onto the center of the tortilla and roll the wrap up carefully.
- Serve the wraps on individual plates and enjoy!
