Ingredients

  • 2 ears of corn
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel back the husks of the corn and remove any silky strands.
  3. Tie the husks back together over the corn until it looks like a little bundlelike a mummy.
  4. Place the corn bundles on to a baking sheet and cooked in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
  5. Meanwhilein a small bowlmix together the olive oilchili powder and black pepper until evenly blended.
  6. After 8 minutesremove the corn from the oven and brush the chili-oil mixture all over the corn.
  7. Return the corn to the oven and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until the corn is charred.
