Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • Mozzarella cheese, 8 ounces (225 g), cut into slices
  • 8-10 fresh basil leaves, plus a few more for additional presentation
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions
