Ingredients
- 4-5 pieces of Cabillaud (Codfish): 1 kg
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for frying
- 2 lemons
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 300 ml of white wine
- 250 ml of double cream
- 50 g of softened butter
