Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons Buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, fresh or dried

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 360F (183C).

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower florets on it.

  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, Buffalo sauce, melted butter, flour, and garlic powder together until well blended.

  4. Drizzle the sauce over the cauliflower florets and mix until evenly coated.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower florets are golden brown.

  6. Sprinkle with parsley, for color and flavor.
