Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons Buffalo hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons parsley, fresh or dried
