Toddler Friendly Brussels Sprouts

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • A pinch of freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.

  2. Spread the Brussels Sprouts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle the Brussels Sprouts with the olive oil.

  3. Peel and finely mince the garlic and mix it with the Brussels Sprouts. (Joke - What did the garlic say when someone asked to borrow it? “SureI’m in a sharing mood! 💛)

  4. Add the black pepper to the Brussels Sprouts and mix everything together.

  5. Bake the Brussels Sprouts for about 20 minutes or until lightly and evenly golden brown.

  6. Remove the tray from the oven and let the Brussels Sprouts cool for a few minutes.
