Ingredients
- 120 g Plain Flour
- 80 g creamy oat meal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 40 g of caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 50 g of butter
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing constantly.
- Next add the oatmeal and mix until well combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix until evenly distributed.
- Add the vanilla extract and cinnamon and mix until combined.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape into logs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
