Ingredients

  • 200g plain flour
  • 75g caster sugar
  • 2 medium free-range eggs
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 125g butter
  • 50g ground almonds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
