- 1.5 - 2 lb (750g-1kg) beef brisket
- Salt free seasoning
- 2 onions (150g each)cut into thin slices

- 1/2 cup vegetable stock (120 ml)
- 1/2 cup light beer (120 ml)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- In the meantimeseason the beef brisket with the salt free seasoning.
