  • 1.5 - 2 lb (750g-1kg) beef brisket
  • Salt free seasoning
  • 2 onions (150g each)cut into thin slices

  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock (120 ml)
  • 1/2 cup light beer (120 ml)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  3. In the meantimeseason the beef brisket with the salt free seasoning.
  4. Once the oil is hotadd the brisket to the skillet and brown it on both sides for about 2-3 minutes per side. 5.Transfer the brisket to an oven-safe dish.
