Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons almond slices
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, vegetable oil, warm water, and ground cinnamon until combined.

Knead the dough until smooth, then add the raisins and almond slices and knead again.

Grease a 9 inch (22.5 cm) baking tin with vegetable oil.

Lay the dough in the tin and spread it out evenly.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool before slicing into 8 pieces.
