  • 2 bananas
  • 120 ml of your favorite ice cream
  • 1/4 cup of diced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of organic peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of multigrain cereal
  • 2 servings of whipped cream

Directions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas lengthwise.

  2. Place 2 halves of banana on an individual plate.

  3. Place one scoop of ice cream on each of the banana halves.

  4. Sprinkle the diced strawberries, and the coconut flakes over the ice cream.

  5. Drop a spoonful of peanut butter onto each banana split.

  6. Sprinkle the cereal over the top.

  7. Add whipped cream over the top, and serve.
