  • 2 medium-size ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 230g all-purpose flour
  • 250ml cold water
  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder

Preparation:

  1. Mash the bananas with a fork until they are mostly smooth.
  2. Crack two eggs into a bowl and mix them together.
  3. Add in the mashed bananasvanilla extract and vegetable oil and mix it together with a spoon.
  4. In a separate bowlsift the flour and baking powder together.
  5. Add in the cold water and mix until you have a thick batter-like mixture.
  6. Add the banana mixture to the flour mixture and mix together until combined.
  7. Heat a greased pan over medium-high heat.
  8. Take 1-2 spoonfuls of the batter and spoon it onto the pan.
  9. Cook each side for about one minuteor until golden brown.
