Baked Salmon (No Salt or Sugar) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (125g each)skin removed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh herbs (you can use any you have at home)
  • Freshly ground pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish.
