Ingredients
- 4 Cod fillets (150g each)
- 4 tomatoeschopped (500g total)
- 2 tablespoons caperstops and tails removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place the cod fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
