Ingredients

  • One (1) 7-inch ready-made pizza crust
  • 10 g olive oil
  • One (1) 225 g jar of artichoke hearts
  • 170 g burrata
  • Freshly ground black pepperto taste
  • Handful of fresh basil leavesfor garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°C.
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the olive oil evenly over the crust with a spatula.
  4. Open the jar of artichoke hearts and spread them over the pizza.
  5. Top with generous chunks or slices of the burrataavoiding any pieces that may be too large to be safely enjoyed by a toddler.
  6. Add a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
