Ingredients

  • 75g shirataki noodles
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 125g pork, thinly sliced
  • 50g carrots, diced
  • 40g onion, diced
  • 120ml dashi
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of mirin
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

Directions

  3. When the oil is hot, add your pork slices to the skillet and cook until lightly browned on both sides.

  4. Add your carrots and onions to the skillet and cook until softened, about 4 minutes.

  5. Add the dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar and bring to a boil.

  6. Mix the potato starch with a few tablespoons of water to form a slurry and add to the skillet. Stir constantly until it has thickened and then remove from heat.
